A newly released CIA report states that Iran is poised to begin producing nuclear weapons after its uranium program expansion in 2009. It goes on to say “”Iran continues to develop a range of capabilities that could be applied to producing nuclear weapons, if a decision is made to do so”.

The Iranians began their pursuit of the nuclear bomb program in the mid 80s. I was working as a CIA spy in the Revolutionary Guards then and I reported this fact to the agency along with the information that the Guards had successfully mastered the production of chemical weapons.

The report further indicates the cooperation of China, North Korea and Russia in helping the ruling mullahs with their ballistic missile delivery system (something I continuously reported on back then) and the tests of a new 1,240-mile-range Sejil missile which took place in 2009.The report also said that Iran has the capability of producing both chemical and biological weapons, and Tehran continued to seek dual-use technology for its bioweapons program.

The new report by the CIA underscores the urgency for serious U.S. action to address this looming crisis. America as the leader of the free world should realize that the time is running out and failure is not an option. Nuclear bombs in the hands of  fanatic mullahs will not only bring destruction to Iran and its people who desire nothing more than freedom, but it will also bring destruction to the world and effect our lives for decades to come.
